China: On Loan

Just take a look at this article A total of 4.5 billion-US dollars of loan assistance would be provided to China from 2006 to 2008, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) said Monday. That's a lot! And I think that's too much, considering China is now seems so self-sufficient, with a level of self-fulfilling that will envy even USA!!
