Bargaining Powers

by Eko Prasetyo @ 8:57 PM

Huehehehehehe, how many of you Indonesians can cut of US$ 70 from a Toshiba Satellite A105 53051 with 1024 MB of RAM and 100 GB of hard disk and purchase it for lower than US$ 1300? I ask Indonesians, not you, Yankees, with your lower-for-200-bucks laptops, pfft !!

Pheww..another major IT shopping day for me...and I'm beat and overheated...man, this is supposed to be a rainy season in Indonesia, but rains seems not so eager to come as in the first two weeks of this month. Just cloud and cloud and more clouds, making the day hotter and more uncertain...

BLAME !!

by Eko Prasetyo @ 5:57 AM

Well, it is easier to blame someone else for your loses than yourself, like what have been done by the 21st century political protusion of the oil suckers, dubya.

"There's a lot of sectarian violence taking place, fomented in my opinion because of the attacks by al Qaeda, causing people to seek reprisal," he said.

Okay, you forgot that you have ordered more than 100,000 to occupy Iraq and "ascertain comfortable conditions for oil suckers and their slaves"
You also forgot that your pal at the Republican (some of them even shiver now when called as your friends) have been grinded out of parliament houses recently because of your stubbornness to withdraw from Iraq.

Well, I simply cannot believe that those "sophisticated albino" chose you as their president. You are stubborn idiot with wrongly placed pride and uncontrollable greed !!

Kurau Field Trip something - Day 17

by Eko Prasetyo @ 6:26 AM

Finally, after an extended tour of duty, I'm home.

Home, and ready to do some turn-to-reality-dream-converting projects postoponed by the tour of duty, mainly this comic and several other comic projects currently residing on my brain (there are at least 3 more stories waiting to be unleashed)

Several new photos (with print offers) can be seen on my online art gallery. There are two very beautiful cloud pictures that is ready to be printed.

Phew...better take some breakfast and then get those ideas poured out into papers.

Kurau Field Trip something - Day 9

by Eko Prasetyo @ 8:19 AM

Well, basically, I was waiting someone elses working on putting on the downhole pump, Electric Submersible Pump, and the wellhed.
So, all day long I was bored to death doing nothing.
Well, something did happened. I came to the main office in the morning and found an IT technician had been installing a new, 17" CRT monitor equipped PC set. Whoopie. So I tried it on, and realized that the data on the old PC had not been copied to this one. So I made some paperwork, requesting the old data to be moved. When I asked a manager for an approval signature (my manager is in Jakarta, so I need to find someone else's manager for approvals), he realized that my new PC was in fact his old PC, containing his confidential data (hmmm..........wonder what could those be...) and requested an immediate return of his old PC to his office. He also told me that he had ordered three new PCs (with LCDs), and one of them will be put into my field office.

So I was expected to be content with my 4 years old PC with its rumbling noised harddisk and obsoled CD Drive and busted (a.k.a disfunctional) USB ports.

Yay

Anyhow, just a reminder, this world grows and rotates while fueled by LIES. See Ya!

Shivers! Israel has spies on your phones! EVERYWHERE !!

by Eko Prasetyo @ 9:32 AM

It turns out that Israel has had a potential wiretap on every phone in America for years, along with the ability to monitor and record who any person is calling, anywhere in America; information of great value even if one does not listen to the calls themselves. Amdocs, Inc. the company which sub contracts billing and directory services for phone companies around the world, including 90 percent of American phone companies, is owned by Israeli interests. Yet another company, Comverse Infosys, is suspected of having built a "back door" into the equipment permanently installed into the phone system that allows instant eavesdropping by law enforcement agencies on any phone in America. This includes yours.

The Ken Starr report on Whitewater describes how Bill Clinton warned Monica Lewinsky that a foreign government was tapping their phone calls.

Few indeed are the people in America who do not have something to hide. That insider trade, the brief but torrid affair, the stolen votes, the deliberate smear, the role one played in an assassination, the acceptance of money from drug runners to look the other way. Be honest. Is there a skeleton in your closet you hope will stay there? Something nobody knows about? Well, if that skeleton involved a phone call, someone may know about it. Amdocs and Comverse Infosys. And their Israeli owners.

Just think about it for a moment. Everyone's private phone traffic, right up to the President, potentially visible to Israeli interests. And you cannot find the phone taps or bugs because they are built right into the phone system!

Suddenly, a lot of events which have puzzled observers start to make sense.

Read it all here !!

BURN ALL ISRAELIS !! BE GONE WITH THE LOCUSTS OF CIVILIZATIONS !!

Errr...what?

by Eko Prasetyo @ 8:01 PM

Bush said this:

The Vietnam War's lesson for today's Iraq conflict is that freedom takes time to trump hatred.

"It's just going to take a long period of time for the ideology that is hopeful -- and that is an ideology of freedom -- to overcome an ideology of hate," Bush said after having lunch with Australian Prime Minister John Howard, one of America's strongest allies in Iraq.

Dubya, I think you are kicking yourself hard in your arse. You see, you are saying that an ideology of freedom will surely triumph. But you see, making fear sown in your own country is not exactly way of freedom and I think, with that, you are agree with the rest of the world that you will surely lose.

But, as usual, you have this natural urge to give paradox to the world

"We'll succeed," Bush added, "unless we quit."

You know, you have quitted being a "freedom champion" when you culled of your own people's freedom from fear. So, by adding those two together, you have admitted defeat.

And admit it you must, cause your dearest slave have admitted it too:

"It's really quite alarming and dangerous, where Iraq is now. It's quite frightening," he told CNN.

"Iraq is slipping continuously into a chaotic level of violence. "To be honest, this is not something that I could have imagined when we fought Saddam's regime."

During and interview, someone suggested that the West's intervention in Iraq had "so far been pretty much of a disaster."

Blair replied: "It has..."

Let me help you admitting, cause Dubya, you better see outside that walled garden of yours

The president's welcome by the public was much less enthusiastic than the rock-star treatment afforded President Bill Clinton when he came in 2000. Happy crowds thronged Clinton, who normalized relations with Vietnam.

"Even though the Americans were more powerful with all their massive weapons, the main factor in war is the people," he said. "The Vietnamese people were very determined. We would not give up. That's why we won."

In the end, the strongest, purest intention will win, and like you said,

"It's just going to take a long period of time for the ideology that is hopeful -- and that is an ideology of freedom -- to overcome an ideology of hate,"

The ideology of freedom held by Iraqi freedom under Satan's Army occupation will surely overcome the ideology of hatred toward moslem's power.

Dubya, you and your allies SUCK !! You said it yourself.

E-trust?

by Eko Prasetyo @ 6:22 PM

Now, how far can you trust your future in the that silicon driven, electron fed, automatic, soulless hands? A story in which a career lady lost her job because of slight automatic computation errors make me think, it is really scary to truly trust your life to the 1011 eaters

Fact vs Perception

by Eko Prasetyo @ 8:54 PM

This is an economy analysist, which has a good way of saying that people under Dubya-Blare coalition are feeling rather paranoia. Statistics said that crime rates are lower, but people feel that crime rates is rising.

And now, average briton is captured 300 times a day on film? NOW THAT'S PARANOIA !!

No wonder they can get easily ushered to spill their blood on Iraq in the name of fulfilling their fear.

Kurau Field Trip something - Day 7

REVELATIONS !! Diesel fuel submitted to me seems to be the kind that is contaminated by water, which in turn made stimsol solution turned into some viscous milk thingy and very hard to be pumped.

Kurau Field Trip Something - Day 5 (really?)

by Eko Prasetyo @ 9:07 AM

More waiting. More lagging. More Anxiety. More Confusions.
And more advices from the elderly regarding marriages. Sigh. That haunting word and creeping "normal element of humanity". Can just anyone accept the fact that "I HAVE OTHER PLANNING FIRST !" thingie ?

Anyway, Microsoft has unleashed Vista and Zune. Vista said to be good but not so much better than XP. Zune is unleashed to a quite receiving world.

And I am still on a lonely and boring job..

Kurau Fielt Trip something - Day Four

by Eko Prasetyo @ 2:58 PM

More waiting is ongoing.

And while I am here, bored to death (not even taking pictures with my trusty Canon Powershot A700 could cure it), many things happen out there, namely the launch of Sony PlayStation 3 (which has been a subject of ill prophecies for some times now), Nintendo Wii (novel concepts with novel designs and has been a subject of compliments), and Microsoft Zune (hyped to be a new way of enjoying music; sharing is the word for this one). Well, that, and the fact that Dubya is coming to Indonesia with a reception plan that borders on "Paranoia Syndrome"

Geh..back  to waiting then

Expect some cool night photos of working machineries in this Gallery of mine

PS3 Phever

by Eko Prasetyo @ 9:44 AM

People lined up for something that will take their wealths and healths away.

Tomoaki Nakamura, 41, said: "I've been waiting for this day to come for so long. I'll play it all through the weekend. No time for meals."

PS3 launch day, with 100,000 units being sold, saw people lined up and take away their units under heavy torrents of rain. In the free market so called E-bay, a PS3 can have an inflated offered price 150% of the original. Talking about the need of humans to oblige to the needs of their neural systems.....

Losing Faith a.k.a Kurau Field Trip something day 2

by Eko Prasetyo @ 3:41 PM

Plenty of people said that the company I work with has so many corruptions and  collutions on top and behind that it is better to stay as a regular employees than becoming managers. One of the seniors even said that the owners sometimes forcing the usage of an obsolete drilling rigs, being aware that the rigs could give potential problems.

And here I am, working on the field, right on the battelfied where collusions and corruptions wage. Two imaginary objects being played by money suckers who think common folks are nothing but pawns and sacrificial lambs.

It is making me wondering: Should I go with the mainstreams and soaked myself in dirts and advance forward using simple brutal force of cunnings and double-faces, or simply becoming simple parasite who suck money legally and calmly and transfer it to something else, something that  I have always loved to do?

I think the second option is better for me. It will give me less headache. Less money, sure, but less headache and less nerve-breaking situations. And I do enjoying my other life better than my "mainstream" life.

And wow, I thing I just went philosophical and hatched this on my mind "Nothing is Real until Everyone Says So"

Corruption of Trinity

by Eko Prasetyo @ 8:35 PM

Dia adalah ilmuwan kristen yg cukup religius, meskipun demikian dia merasa janggal dengan dogma trinitas & membuat disertasi yg meneliti ayat2 pendukung justifikasi dogma trinitas dengan judul "An Historical Account of Two Notable Corruptions of Scripture".

Quote:An Historical Account of Two Notable Corruptions of Scripture is a dissertation by the English Mathematician and Scholar Isaac Newton. First published in 1754, twenty-seven years after Newton's death, it reviewed all the textual evidence available from ancient sources on two disputed Bible passages, at 1 John 5:7-8 and 1 Timothy 3:16.

Quote:Newton is generally thought to have been unitarian and Arian, not holding to Trinitarianism. He listed "worshipping Christ as God" in a list of "Idolatria" in his theological notebook.[3] In a minority view, T.C. Pfizenmaier argued that he held closer to the Eastern Orthodox view of the Trinity rather than the Western one held by Roman Catholics, Anglicans and Protestants.[4] In his final days Newton refused the sacrament of the Church of England.

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Quote:Using the writings of the early Church Fathers, the Greek and Latin manuscripts and the testimony of the first versions of the Bible, Newton attempted to demonstrate that the words "in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one," in support of the Trinity doctrine, did not appear in the original inspired Greek Scriptures. He then traced the way in which the spurious reading crept into the Latin versions, first as a marginal note, and later into the text itself. He showed that it was first taken into a Greek text in 1515 by Cardinal Ximenes on the strength of a late Greek manuscript corrected from the Latin. Finally, Newton considered the sense and context of the verse, concluding, "Thus is the sense plain and natural, and the argument full and strong; but if you insert the testimony of 'the Three in Heaven' you interrupt and spoil it."

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Menurut Newton kata "God" dalam KJV sengaja disisipkan supaya terbaca "God was manifest in the flesh.".

Quote:Newton showed how, by a small alteration in the Greek text, the word "God" was inserted to make the phrase read "God was manifest in the flesh." He demonstrated that early Church writers in referring to the verse knew nothing of such an alteration.

Quote:Newton did not publish these findings during his lifetime, likely due to the political climate. Those who wrote against the doctrine of the Trinity were subject to persecution in England. As late as 1698 the Act for the Suppression of Blasphemy and Profaneness made it an offense to deny one of the persons of the Trinity to be God, punishable with loss of office, employment and profit on the first occasion, and imprisonment for a repetition. Newton's friend William Whiston (translator of the works of Josephus) lost his professorship at Cambridge for this reason in 1711. In 1693 a pamphlet attacking the Trinity was burned by order of the House of Lords, and the next year its printer and author were prosecuted. In 1697 Thomas Aikenhead, an eighteen-year-old student charged with denying the Trinity, was hanged at Edinburgh, Scotland.

Mau tau tulisan2 Newton lainnya yg mengkritisi doktrin trinitas silakan klik link di bawah:

http://www.newtonproject.ic.ac.uk/prism.php?id=44

Bacon?

by Eko Prasetyo @ 5:03 PM

A robot made to be specialist in taste comparisons have said that human meat taste like bacon.
Traditionally humans are supposed to taste similar to chicken or pork. This was apparently told to early missionaries by Maori in New Zealand, usually before they ate them. The best bit of a human was the hand which used to curl up when it was cooked in the fire. So, perhaps the Maoris have never eaten bacons and hams so their meat tastes like bird meats. The tasted man, on the other hand, perhaps an avid eater of Pork Ramen, a favorite delicacy in Japan.

Panic Bush

by Eko Prasetyo @ 8:21 AM

Well, loser always try to find a way to minimize his current lost and way to prevent future losses. Bush is replacing the Defense Secretary and promising a softer international relation policy. I’m sure this will give the GOP and its followers a collective shiver as their paranoia will be fed with less enthusiasm.

Another Plot

by Eko Prasetyo @ 5:26 PM

Plans, not executions. Just in time for US Midterms elections...In the meantime, Amnesty International has done something regarding "Iraq's Former President"

Late Entry

by Eko Prasetyo @ 9:40 AM

A child born 13 years after his dad’s sperm met his mom’s ovum. Thanks to the magic of embryo cryogenic and in-vitro fertilization.

Quote: An estimated half a million frozen embryos, almost all of them left over from in vitro treatment, are being kept in the US alone. The previous record for a successfully implanted embryo was 12 years.

Doctors recently coined the term "the embryo dilemma" to express the difficulty many parents of embryos have when it comes to giving instructions for them to be thawed and, in effect, disposed of.

So, it’s up to humanity now: This baby is human. So, any embryo can become human in the end. Embryo disposal, in the end, is killing potential humans.

Death to Saddam Hussein

by Eko Prasetyo @ 5:53 PM

Saddam Hussein is punished with death sentence. I wonder if any chaps from Amnesty International will do their best to against it. And I'm now wondering that this sentence is in the similar time-frame as with USA mid-terms election. Seeing that Republican is losing ground and Democrat has not seized the day yet, this move can be seen as Vote-Getting in the expense of a nation. Typical Uber-Sucker America.

Leecher

by Eko Prasetyo @ 9:13 AM

Singapore is a small country with big money and highly advanced money sucker who has been boasting good governance and clean law with anti-corruption index of 9.4 (with 10 for no corruption at all). Investments are coming everyday with businessmen spending their money on luxurious  transportations and accommodations available all over Singapore. It is a haven for money planter.

And it is a haven for Indonesian money robbers, BIG TIME MONEY ROBBERS.

Indonesia has been known (and seems don’t care about it) for being one of the most corrupt countries on the face of The Earth. Corruptions run rampant here and in every parts of life. The accumulation of corrupt traditions have even make corruptors, who has the most money in Indonesia, looked up as honorable men because of their money.

These honorable men leech money from Indonesia and invest it in Singapore. They even change their citizenship so that they can be regarded as Singaporean.

One benefit of becoming Singaporeans is the fact that Singapore has no extradition agreements with Indonesia. This make no one in Indonesia able to force them, legally, to return to Indonesia with the money the have leeched.

So, you have convinced a general to force bankers to give you US$ 200,000,000 for a project that you know is only an illusion de grandeur, then you runaway to Singapore and become a Singaporean.

You have made yourself an honorable man because you make Singapore richer and you can feed some Indonesia military generals and high-positioned politicians.

You have become a part of Singapore Paradox: One face is Clean Country and One Face is Leeches Haven.

I guess the real foundation of Singaporean Law is MONEY, no matter how they get it.
